PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A 12-week virtual cohort experience focused on developing leaders holistically to strengthen their emotional intelligence, heal from and dismantle white supremacy culture, build transformative relationships, and co-create a shared vision and action plan for a liberatory workplace culture.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program is for white executive and director-level leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to racial justice and are beyond the book club in their own practice of racial identity development. If you are someone interested in a transformative and sustainable shift in your consciousness and workplace culture, this is the program for you.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A 12-week virtual cohort experience focused on developing leaders holistically to strengthen their emotional intelligence, heal from and dismantle white supremacy culture, build transformative relationships, and co-create a shared vision and action plan for a liberatory workplace culture.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program is for executive directors and talent executives who work in non-profits, school districts, and foundations who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Middle Eastern, or Multiracial. The invitation is also extended to individuals 1-2 levels away from the executive seat.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Strengthened Emotional Intelligence
Participants re-learn the 4 domains of emotional intelligence through the lens of equity and liberation.
Expanded Consciousness
Participants learn, practice, and integrate somatic exercises to heal racial trauma and strengthen the love consciousness necessary for cultivating and sustaining a liberatory workplace culture.
Improved Communication And Relationship Management Skills
Participants learn how to communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and build transformative relationships.
Improved Organizational Culture
Participants are guided through our Liberatory Culture Continuum™ to evaluate their organizational culture and envision the path forward.
Train the Trainer Interest
Lead For Liberation will soon provide a certification program for consultants and human resource executives.
Through this "Train the Trainer" experience, participants will practice and integrate conditions necessary to operationalize liberatory cultures as leaders, as well as learn how to facilitate the content with teams, organizations, and companies. Participants will receive official certification and authorized use of our methodologies, tools, and frameworks in addition to long-term guidance, feedback, and support.

What is the registration cost for the Executive Leadership Cohorts, and what is included?The cost for each participant is $10,000. Organizations are expected to sponsor individual staff members. This experience includes twelve two-hour group coaching sessions with experts in workplace culture redesign, consultancy protocols that transfer to any workplace setting, talent development, learning partner practice calls, liberatory design frameworks, and emotional body intelligence practices.

When is the application deadline for the Executive Leadership Cohorts?The application deadline is the Friday before the cohort launch date.

Are payment options available for the Executive Leadership Cohorts?Yes. We offer the option to pay for the Executive Leadership Cohorts in three installments over the course of three months.

Are there scholarships available for individuals?No. At this time, we do not offer scholarships. Organizations are expected to sponsor individual staff member registration.

What is the time commitment involved in the Executive Leadership Cohorts?Participants should expect to commit 2-3 hours weekly for twelve weeks. Our cohort participants engage in two hours of live coaching and consultancies on Zoom weekly. Outside of the group sessions, members will complete up to an hour of pre-work, including connecting with their accountability partner, reviewing supplemental content, and engaging in reflection activities.

What can I expect after submitting my application?Expect to receive an application decision email one week before the program start date or within two business days of your submission. If accepted into the program, you will receive an email of congratulations and instructions to begin the payment process. One week before the cohort start date, you will access the cohort Slack community, which houses all important cohort and pre-work information.
