Service Description

L4L staff members guide leaders and executives in a cohort experience designed to deepen their self-awareness about how white supremacy culture shows up in their mind, body, and spirit and how fear consciousness impacts others. Cohort members leave with an action plan and toolkit of protocols, strategies, and practices to better lead and manage across difference and cultivate a liberatory workplace culture where everyone thrives, innovates, and experiences belonging.
